Overview & Literary Context

Published in 2022 by Idea Prokashon, এলেবেলে (Alebele) is Ahasan Imam's debut poetry collection. As noted in the book's introduction, the poems trace the winding paths of human emotion, seasonal memory—monsoon rains, floodtides, and spring—and the interplay of hope and longing.

The poet sets out upon the road precisely to lose the way. This book, 'Alebele' by poet Ahasan Imam, holds all the colours of life, of Shraban rains, of floodtides, and of spring.
